  • All Seasons Ballroom: This spacious 9,000 square-foot ballroom offers 17-foot ceilings with elegant chandeliers and wall sconces that have adjustable lighting for just the right amount of ambiance. This convenient location on the main level of the convention center provides access to the Seasons Lobby and the East parking lot.
    [Maximum guests: 820. Maximum guests with dance floor: 700.]

  • Three Seasons Ballroom: This 4,680 square-foot ballroom offers 17-foot ceilings with elegant chandeliers and wall sconces that have adjustable lighting for just the right amount of ambiance. This convenient location on the main level of the convention center provides access to the Seasons Lobby and the East parking lot.
    [Maximum guests: 420. Maximum guests with dance floor: 300.]

  • Seasons Lobby: This is a perfect place for a pre-reception cocktail hour to entertain your guests before the big event. Allow your guests to relax and convene in front of a cozy fireplace prior to your wedding ceremony and reception.

  • Seasons South Ballroom: This beautiful 2,340 square-foot ballroom offers 17-foot ceilings with elegant chandeliers and wall sconces that have adjustable lighting for just the right amount of ambiance. This convenient location on the main level of the convention center provides access to the Seasons Lobby and the East parking lot.
    [Maximum guests: 210. Maximum guests with dance floor: 150.]

  • Executive A: This is the perfect room for a wedding luncheon. This cozy room overlooks the main lobby.
    [Maximum guests: 50.]

  • Courtyard: This beautiful outdoor garden area is the perfect secluded and quiet setting for a lovely wedding or reception. The delicate and detailed landscaping of this garden courtyard creates a feeling of being in an outdoor sanctuary. We do provide a back-up room in case of inclement weather.

Our Executive Chef Rick Allen is a graduate of the North East Culinary Institute, Montpelier, Vermont. He was formerly the executive chef at Thanksgiving Point, Lehi Utah, before joining the Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel. Chef Allen, along with our catering team, would be happy to customize your wedding day menus with you and your guests in mind.
